2.   Excelsior (measuring 113 ha)
o     106 ha arable; maize silage and winter pasture rotated annually.
o     Two large camps.

3    Aubretia (±106 ha: lease-to-buy in place)
o     31 camps, electric fencing, 18 troughs.
o     Water pumped from Gubu River to reservoir and gravitated to camps.
o     9 ha wattle could still be converted to pasture.

Water & Irrigation
