The terrain comprises 15% mountainous veld, 75% plains and koppies, and 10% vlei veld. Accommodation includes a laborer's house, a main house with a kitchen, dining room, lounge, sunroom, three bedrooms, and one bathroom, as well as two storerooms, a single garage/workshop, a washroom/store room, and a rondavel. Further features encompass two 3.5 Senter Pivots, 4 ha of dragline lands requiring servicing of drag pipes and sprays, and 20 ha of drylands.
