From 1 January 2022, Solomons Crafford and Home & Hectare will become a unified entity, operating under the mantle of Home & Hectare Real Estate. All current Solomons Crafford listings and contracts will be carried over to Home & Hectare.
In June 2020, Home & Hectare Real Estate acquired the Gqeberha-based Solomons Crafford Properties. Together, the two agencies weathered the storm of unprecedented global pandemic and national lockdown, which served to catalyse a wave of innovation in the property business, and also united us like never before.
Established in 2009, Solomons Crafford quickly rose to prominence as a leading real estate agency, specialising in the upper sector of the Gqeberha residential property market.
For more than a decade, under the leadership of its founders, Carol Crafford and the late Naomi Solomons, Solomons Crafford established an enduring legacy in the industry.
