Nic grew up on a livestock farm in the Graaff-Reinet region of the Eastern Cape and has worked in the Environmental and RFID fields across South and Southern Africa. He also lived in Cape Town for three years, but decided to come home to his farm between Pearston and Jansenville about 4 years ago.
He is passionate about wildlife and farming, having attained an M.Sc. in Environmental Science at Rhodes University and is equally at home in the veld, around the kraal, or at the office. Through his upbringing and farming experience, Nic has an extensive professional network within the agricultural community in the Karoo and Graaff-Reinet region.
